A magnesium-led formula, built around Magnesium Glycinate and L-Theanine with three of the most familiar calming botanicals in the herbal tradition.

• L-Theanine — An amino acid naturally found in green tea, widely researched for its role in evening wind-down routines.
• Lemon Balm — Helps to support relaxation and contributes to a calm, restful sleep.
• Passionflower — Helps to induce a calm rest and peaceful sleep, and supports tranquillity and relaxation.
• Chamomile — Helps to maintain a healthy sleep, and has been used historically to help facilitate a calm and restful night.
• Lavender FCF Essential Oil — Helps to support relaxation, and to decrease irritability, restlessness and tension.

The aroma

Premium Furanocoumarin-Free (FCF) Lavender Essential Oil — gentle, skin-safe and sun-safe. Traditionally used in aromatherapy to help soothe the senses and create a calm bedtime atmosphere.

FCF stands for furanocoumarin-free — a term for how certain aroma oils are prepared.

How to use

Pop one patch onto a clean, hair-free area, the inner arm is perfect! Swap it for a fresh one after 24 hours, picking a slightly different spot each time so your skin can breathe and stay happy. Any leftover adhesive washes right off with warm, soapy water.
