Who we are

Perfect Patches is a trading name of Aroma Energy Ltd, company number 07951286. Our registered office is C/O Simmons Gainsford, 33 Cavendish Square, London, W1G 0PW, United Kingdom. Contact us at hello@perfectpatches.co.

Orders and payments

Your order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not acceptance. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch, unless we expressly accept earlier. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, information or pricing is materially incorrect, payment is not authorised, fraud is suspected or a legal restriction applies. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount paid.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable UK VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown before checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Products and delivery

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours and packaging can appear differently on different screens, and packaging can change where the product itself is not materially changed. Read the product page, packaging, ingredients, directions and warnings before use.

Available destinations, delivery services, charges and estimates are shown at checkout and on our Delivery information page. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address.

Returns and statutory rights

Our Returns and refunds policy explains our 30-day return request window, UK statutory cancellation rights and remedies for faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect goods. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Website use and intellectual property

You must use this website lawfully and must not interfere with its operation, security or other users. The Perfect Patches name, branding, website design, copy, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to Aroma Energy Ltd. You may view the website for personal, non-commercial use.

Liability and governing law

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available in your home jurisdiction.
