Why we started
Most days are full. Mornings move fast, evenings run late, and the small things you meant to do for yourself are the first to go. That's exactly where the idea came from. We wanted something that asks almost nothing of you.
So we made a patch. It's a soft little square you wear on your arm. Nothing to measure, nothing to mix, nothing to remember halfway through the day. You put it on, you get on with things, and you swap it for a fresh one tomorrow.

How you wear one
Honestly, there's not much to it. Here's the whole routine.
Pop one patch onto a clean, hair-free area, the inner arm is perfect! Swap it for a fresh one after 24 hours, picking a slightly different spot each time so your skin can breathe and stay happy. Any leftover adhesive washes right off with warm, soapy water.
