We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Delivery services and charges can change, so checkout is the final confirmation of what is available for your address. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weekends, public holidays, busy periods and events outside our reasonable control can cause delays.
When your order is dispatched, Shopify sends an email to the address used at checkout. Where tracking is available, the dispatch email includes the tracking details.
Address changes and missing parcels
If you notice an address error, email hello@perfectpatches.co as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee a change after an order enters fulfilment.
For a delayed or missing parcel, check the tracking link and delivery messages first. If it is outside the stated window, email us with your order number and delivery postcode.
